Learn directly from leading women in energy, tech, and innovation. These women have broken barriers—now they’re here to help you do the same.
For this cycle, we plan to have 4 mentors. For now the candidates are:
Kamia Handayani
Kamia Handayani, EVP of Energy Transition and Sustainability at PT PLN (Persero), holds a Ph.D. from the University of Twente, where she remains a visiting scholar. Her expertise includes sustainable energy transition, carbon trading, and climate risk and adaptation. She also contributed as an expert reviewer for the IPCC’s Sixth Assessment Report.
Carolina Nugroho
Based in Paris, Carolina Nugroho is the Deputy CTO of Rely, a global player in green hydrogen and Power-to-X. With a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Imperial College London, she has spent over 19 years driving innovation in the energy transition—turning her passion into a powerful international career.
Aisyiyah Jenie
Siti Nurul Aisyiyah Jenie is a Research Professor at the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), specializing in cutting-edge materials and minerals science. She earned her PhD from the University of South Australia and is a distinguished L’Oréal-UNESCO Women in Science Fellow, recognized for her bright contributions to scientific innovation.
Intan Ambari
Intan Ambari is a chemical technologist at Shell Global Solutions International with two decades of experience in process technology, engineering, and project development. She has worked on a wide range of projects across Europe, Middle East and Asia, from research and conceptual design to construction and commissioning. With various roles in central offices and manufacturing sites, she has led technical projects and provided expertise in troubleshooting. She holds a PdEng from the University of Twente and has contributed to innovations in energy and sustainability.
