Leading up to
IGC 2025
Indonesia Green Connect (IGC 2025) sets out to convene a powerful cross-sector alliance committed to a sustainable future, supporting Indonesia’s strategy to achieve 8% economic growth by 2028–2029 through downstream innovation, green industry transformation, and the preparedness of young talents[1]. Organized by Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and ECADIN, IGC 2025 will bring together more than 150 thought leaders and decision makers from government, industry, academia, and legislative institutions, both from across Indonesia and the global stage. Held in celebration of Indonesia’s 80th Independence and 105 Years of Technical Higher Education (PTTI), IGC 2025 fosters cross-sector collaboration for a sustainable, inclusive, and competitive future. The event will engage national and international institutions in high-level dialogues and strategic sessions to build long-term partnerships and drive systemic transformation in Indonesia’s green economy.
In the spirit of building momentum toward the main event on 31 July – 1 August 2025 at ITB Bandung, a series of engaging activities is being held in the lead-up. This webinar is part of the #IGC-KnowledgeSharing | Road to Indonesia Green Connect (IGC) 2025, a collective effort to warm up conversations, share insights, and invite wider participation from across sectors and communities.
Let’s shape the future together. Share your details to get our partnership proposal.

Background
Cities are changing fast and they’re leading the way in shaping our future. With climate change, growing populations, and new technologies, we need cities that can adapt and stay strong. But it’s not just about being high-tech. Future cities should be fair for everyone, flexible when challenges come, and still hold on to their culture and identity.
To explore these questions, Energy Academy Indonesia (ECADIN) in collaboration with the Directorate of Continuing Professional Education, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), invites you to a powerful discussion on how smart planning, teamwork across different fields, and creative thinking can help build better cities for Indonesia and the world.
