Job Description

This job exists to lead the continuous development and enhancement of our solar product while staying updated on technology advancements in this vertical. It is critical for driving innovation and maintaining a competitive edge in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the existing solar product portfolio, including hardware, software, and related technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, internal and external, to gather requirements and define product enhancement opportunities.
• Lead the design and development of new features and functionalities for the solar products, from concept to production.
• Work directly with customers to understand their unique requirements and translate them into technical specifications and product solutions.
• Provide technical support to sales and customer success teams during pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product demonstrations, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to integrate third-party components and technologies into our product ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Support product certification and compliance activities, ensuring products meet industry standards and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
