Join the Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team, where you will be part of a multidisciplinary group that combines Assurance, Tax, Transactions, and Advisory experience. Your role will focus on helping clients navigate climate change challenges, comply with regulatory requirements, and leverage opportunities for cost reduction and revenue generation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying, measuring, and managing business and reporting risks associated with changing environmental regulations and sustainability management.
• Analyze client issues and opportunities, utilizing EY’s account management framework and growth platforms to foster constructive dialogue with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the CCaSS practice through operational responsibility and engagement delivery.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Communicate EY’s services and provide guidance on Climate Change & Sustainability Services, focusing on complex issues within Assurance and sustainability reporting.
• Partner with clients to diagnose needs and cross-sell services.
• Produce high-level technical reports and proposals.
• Manage complex technical issues in the relevant discipline.
• Demonstrate knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
• Have a proven track record in managing large, complex projects.
• Undertake key account management roles for major clients.
• Possess excellent business development skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A degree in business, engineering, accounting, or a sustainability-related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in audit or consulting, with a focus on Climate Change & Sustainability.
• Knowledge and interest in sustainability topics.
• Extensive experience in team-based environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project and personnel management skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• A professional presence for engaging management-level clients and stakeholders.
• The ability to analyze complex issues and deliver insightful solutions in client engagements.
