Job Description
As an Associate/Senior Associate at ERM, you will support Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change services, focusing on project management, delivery, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for delivering projects across a range of sectors, clients, and countries in Southeast Asia/Asia Pacific. This includes corporate sustainability and CSR strategy development and target-setting, climate strategy development, and ESG reporting. You will also be responsible for analyzing sustainability risks and opportunities, conducting policy/regulatory analysis, and supporting clients in responding to assessment questionnaires and disclosure requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects across a range of sectors, clients, and countries across Southeast Asia/Asia Pacific.
- Develop corporate sustainability and CSR strategy and targets.
- Develop climate strategy and related services, such as analysis of climate risks and opportunities, decarbonization strategy.
- Develop corporate sustainability and ESG reports.
- Analyze sustainability risks, opportunities, and trends for clients, as well as conduct policy/regulatory analysis.
- Conduct gap analysis and benchmarking of client sustainability programs and performance.
- Support clients in responding to assessment questionnaires and disclosure requirements, such as DJSI CSA, CDP, TCFD.
- Support management and delivery of corporate sustainability- and climate-related proposals.
- Actively contribute to effective project teams through collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, economics, engineering, or a similar discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 2-3 years of experience in climate change, corporate sustainability, business strategy, or other related fields (previous consulting experience is a plus).
- Understanding of current trends in renewable energy, decarbonization strategies / Net Zero planning, and Low Carbon Economy Transition.
- Ability to work independently, strong organization and time-management skills.
- Effective presentation and communication skills in Thai and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
