You’ll assist clients in managing reporting risks while contributing to the growth of the CCaSS practice.

Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) is part of the Assurance group at EY, a trusted and influential organization. The CCaSS team helps clients gain confidence in their business-critical information through expert analysis and advisory services, facilitating ongoing professional development for employees to become outstanding leaders in the field.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying, measuring, and managing reporting risks related to environmental regulations and sustainability trends.
  • Provide operational support and accountability for engagement team delivery.
  • Communicate EY’s services and guide clients on complex sustainability issues.
  • Identify and report on trends and performance drivers relevant to clients.
  • Support client relationships and business development through thought leadership and training.
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to mentoring efforts.
  • Represent the practice in management forums to drive business growth.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A degree, preferably in finance, accounting, sustainability; CPA or similar certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in audit or within large, dynamic organizations.
  • Knowledge and interest in sustainability topics.
  • Extensive team-based leadership experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project and personnel management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Professional presence to engage with management-level clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for analyzing complex issues and providing practical solutions.
