Job Description

The role involves a focus on financial transformation, digital enablement, performance analysis, and change management. Key responsibilities include:

Financial Transformation and Digital Enablement:

Modernize finance functions by collaborating with teams to understand strategies and managing project workflows.

Create and implement strategies using digital tools to improve operational efficiencies and unlock new revenue streams.

Guide clients through digital transformations towards operational efficiencies.

Assess Cloud ERP and Enterprise Value solutions for clients, recommending best practices.

Financial Performance Analysis and Improvement:

Conduct financial analyses to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Develop strategies to enhance profitability and manage financial risks.

Collaborate with clients to understand financial goals.

Enterprise Value Assessment and Enhancement:

Evaluate enterprise value drivers and develop strategies to maximize shareholder value.

Provide insights to support M&A activities.

Financial Modeling and Analytics:

Build financial models for forecasting and risk assessment.

Utilize data analytics for strategic decision-making and communicate results to stakeholders.

Change Management and Communication:

Partner with change management teams to implement financial initiative strategies.

Communicate complex financial concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

Promote a culture of financial discipline within the organization.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 6+ years in Finance or Enterprise Value roles.

Proven success in financial performance analysis and strategy development.

Strong understanding of financial principles and digital finance solutions.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with financial planning tools like SAP ERP and Oracle Hyperion.

Adept in designing processes and reporting requirements.

Experience in process transition and shared services operating model design.

Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD.

Experience in Change Management or Training teams.
