Preferred Skill Set (Optional) Preferably with domain context & technology enablement – sustainability strategies & frameworks like ISSB (ASRS)/ GRI/ CSRD/ CSDDD/ SASB/ TCFD etc.; Net Zero, Decarbon

Must-Have

1. Consulting & Coaching mindset

2. Advisory experience in areas such as double materiality, strategy validation, climate risk modelling, carbon markets, pathways assessments, energy transition, decarbonization etc.

3. Experience with leveraging data to build insights for specific industries/ domains.

4. Awareness of reporting frameworks like ASRS/ CSRD/ TCFD for specific industries and focus areas like climate risks/ circularity/ climate/ decarbonization etc.

5. Experience of driving transformation programs with digital enablement

6. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools suite.

7. Excellent communication skills, storytelling, business problem identification and framing skills

3. Change Management experience
