Sustainability Reporting Analyst

Job Description

The Sustainability Reporting Analyst is responsible for producing sustainability performance reports using the Building Insights platform and other tools. The role involves collecting monthly performance data from APAC sites, translating this into insightful reports that highlight sustainability opportunities and fulfill internal and external reporting requirements.

About the Role:

• Manage the delivery of best practice client environmental performance reports (e.g. carbon footprint, energy consumption, waste generation, and recycling performance) to support legal and voluntary reporting obligations.
• Maintain client relationships, ensuring KPIs and sustainability delivery goals are met.
• Source and update reporting system data, including energy usage and environmental impacts, in a timely manner.
• Manage client access to the reporting system and perform selected database administration functions.
• Assist in transforming sustainability reporting and developing a reporting hub.

About You:

• Post-graduate qualifications in environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1-2+ years of experience delivering sustainability reports and solutions, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven experience in driving sustainability outcomes and cultivating strong client relations.
• Knowledge of energy and carbon management legislation, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent research, analytical, and report writing skills.
