Job Description
Chanel is seeking a sustainability-focused professional to promote sustainability initiatives and achieve objectives in asset projects based in the Hong Kong office. The role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Real Estate, interior and architecture designers, and project managers on sustainability-related topics, including:
- Technical negotiation with landlords on sustainability issues
- Management of sustainable engineering programs like decarbonisation and asset enhancement
The position will drive the integration of sustainability practices into market operations and will involve hands-on engagement with regional and market stakeholders.

- Provide Sustainable Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) expertise to stakeholders, including:
- Advising on MEP sustainability assessments
- Conducting site visits and assessing drawings
- Supporting project teams to ensure quality and compliance
- Staying updated on sustainability trends and regulations
- Plan and drive sustainable built environment activities, focusing on time, cost, and quality.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders through workshops and training on sustainability practices.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing sustainability projects across the APAC region.

What Can You Bring To The Team…
- 8-10 years of experience in engineering infrastructure, with a focus on sustainable design.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- LEED Green Associate or Accredited Professional certification.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
