Sustainability Manager [Built Environment MNC]

Adecco is collaborating with a Global Built Environment MNC to hire for a Sustainability Manager for their organization’s Sustainability future preparedness.

The Job

• Propel the development and implementation of a net zero roadmap, including periodic reporting and management of related data
• Identify and evaluate opportunities and pathways for emission reduction
• Manage climate risk assessment process and reporting
• Front the yearly GRESB and UNPRI benchmarking exercise, including recommendations on improving sustainability practices in alignment with these frameworks
• Support the annual sustainability report writing and publications
• Support various sustainability initiatives, such as investor engagement surveys on ESG matters

The Talent

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability or relevant field
• Knowledge of reporting frameworks such as CSRD, ISSB, GRESB, UNPRI, GRI, TCFD
• At least 7 years of focused sustainability and climate risk experience in a business setting
• Experienced in setting and implementing corporate emissions reductions goals aligned to industry standards such as the SBTi
• Knowledge of built environment key energy and carbon reduction methodologies [e.g. energy assessments, carbon foot printing, life cycle assessment, carbon management]
• Strong programme and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
