Sustainability Executive

About the Company:

As a Sustainability Executive at BNF Group, you will be involved in the development of our group-level environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. This will involve crafting ESG reports and implementing sustainability projects aligned with our organisational goals.

Responsibilities:

ESG Reporting:

• Track, collect, validate, and analyse ESG metrics across the organization.
• Prepare accurate and timely ESG reports compliant with relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, ISSB, TCFD).
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and reporting standards to ensure best practices in sustainability reporting.

Compliance and Standards:

• Manage applications for ESG-related certifications and standards across organisational facilities and operations.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

• Explore and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in sustainability and environmental management, including new technologies and services.
• Identify and deploy technologies to support improvement in sustainability practices and processes.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Create clear, engaging content on group ESG initiatives for internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Address inquiries and provide insights on sustainability performance and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance or a related field and relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001) are a plus.
• Strong grasp of environmental regulations and sustainability practices across diverse industries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, sustainability reporting tools) and data management systems.
