Program Background
Prospera is a A$259 million eight-year program building on two decades of Australia’s support for economic governance in Indonesia. The Role
Prospera is seeking a highly qualified Sustainability Disclosure Analyst to provide analysis and recommendations to standardize sustainability disclosure reporting for financial services in Indonesia. The Analyst will provide support in preparation of an Academic Paper to support OJK in updating disclosure regulations and formulating disclosure policies to improve transparency and promote sustainable practices across Indonesian financial institutions.
The regulatory reform will be guided by global standards, such as (IFRS) S1 and S2 to ensure interoperability while considering Indonesia-specific needs, such as climate risk management and scenario analysis.
The Analyst will work closely with the Project Director and Sustainability Disclosure Specialists to deliver high-quality consultancy services on strategic financial services sector and policy issues; possess strong technical understanding of international sustainability disclosure standards and benchmarking; and excellent stakeholder engagement, project management, and team leadership skills.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess strong qualifications and experience as follows:
- Advanced degree in accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years working with Government of Indonesia (GoI), in particular Ministry of Finance on regulatory reform.
- Proven experience in developing academic papers focused on regulatory reform.
- Strong understanding sustainable finance frameworks ESG reporting standards and practices (IFRS S1 and S2, GRI, SASB), and implementation in Indonesia.
- Background in consulting role, with a track record of delivering high quality outputs within tight timeframes.
Remuneration
The remuneration will be set according to Prospera’s National Remuneration Framework Group C, Job Level 1. The remuneration level at which the position is engaged will be based on the successful candidates’ relevant skills and experience and will be subject to Indonesian employment regulations and tax obligations. This position is a short-term/consultant position, open for National Indonesian applicants.
