Job Description

ABeam is seeking a Sustainability Digital Solution Manager who will:

• Lead a team in crafting proposals for sustainability transformation opportunities in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
• Build trusted relationships with client organizations to support their sustainability journey.
• Serve as Project Manager, shaping project methodologies, processes, and templates tailored to clients profiles and industries.
• Enhance team capabilities through coaching, training, and guidance on sustainability topics and consulting techniques.
• Act as ABeams ambassador, establishing business connections with experts, associations, and communities, and contributing to media publications.
• Stay informed on recent trends and position themselves as a subject matter expert in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields; Sustainability/ESG-related education or certifications are advantageous.
• Over 10 years of experience in the consulting industry, with at least 5 years focusing on sustainability topics.
• Expertise in Sustainability Transformation strategic planning and knowledge of local and international Sustainability/ESG regulations.
• Experience in ESG data gathering, analytical frameworks, and project execution.
• Skilled in client engagement, proposal crafting, effort estimation, and executive presentations.
• Established connections with managerial tiers in Thai or SEA companies are beneficial.
• Proficient in English and Thai, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong documentation skills and proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within and outside Thailand.
