Job Description
This position is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Sustainability Consultant to join Cundall’s leading sustainability team in its new Manila office. The role involves collaborating on and positively impacting exciting sustainable design projects within the region. Candidates should have experience in ESD consulting in the built environment, technical ESD analysis, thermal modelling, and energy modelling, seeking to advance their careers through increased client exposure and leadership opportunities. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the consultant will inspire, analyze, report, model, document sustainability projects, and interact with clients to expand the project portfolio. The role provides potential autonomy and influence over national capabilities and processes based on the individual’s experience.
The Skills
- Engineering, Architecture, or built environment related degree.
- 3+ years of consulting experience in the built environment sector.
- Experience in energy modelling and daylight modelling for certification schemes such as LEED, Green Star, and Green Mark, using software like IES-VE, Energy+, or Rhino-Grasshopper.
- Working knowledge of engineering and architectural principles to analyze and interpret documentation and drawings.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet client deadlines effectively.
Preferable, But Not Essential
- Experience in collating and structuring large datasets for property portfolios regarding energy performance and ESG criteria.
- Holds (or is working towards) a green rating accreditation like LEED AP, Green Star AP, or WELL AP.
- Experience with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) using One Click LCA, E-tool, or equivalent software.
