Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, passionate, and motivated Sustainability Consultant to join Cundall’s world-leading sustainability team in their new Manila office. The role involves working on exciting sustainable design projects aimed at exceeding industry standards. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the consultant will inspire, analyze, report, model, and document sustainability projects while liaising with clients to expand the project portfolio. Ideal candidates should have experience in ESD consulting within the built environment and seek to enhance their career through increased client exposure, job management, and leadership roles. Responsibilities include delivering technical ESD analyses, thermal modeling, and energy modeling.

The Skills

  • Engineering, Architecture, or built environment-related degree.
  • 3+ years of consulting experience in the built environment sector.
  • Experience with preparing strategy, implementation, and certification of best practice green rating schemes, including Green Mark, Green Star, LEED, EDGE, and WELL Building Standard.
  • Working knowledge of engineering and architectural principles to analyze and interpret documentation and drawings.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team and environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting client deadlines.

Preferable, But Not Essential

  • Hold (or working towards) a green rating accreditation such as LEED AP, Green Star AP, or WELL AP.
  • Experience in building physics modeling (Energy, Daylight, Comfort, Parametrics).
  • Experience with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) using One Click LCA, E-tool, or equivalent software.
