The opportunity

Our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team is growing. Globally, we are leading advisors in the areas of:

  • Non-financial reporting advisory and assurance
  • Climate change and energy
  • Sustainability advisory and assurance
  • Social impact advisory
  • Environment, health, and safety

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist clients in developing strategies on how to embed sustainability in their business operations, risk management, systems and processes;
  2. Help businesses develop strategies to address compliance with regulations relating to sustainability;
  3. Assist clients with greenhouse gas emissions and energy monitoring, reporting and reduction opportunities.
  4. Contribute to providing independent assurance of a client’s sustainability report by checking the accuracy of reported data and statements in its sustainability report;
  5. Develop or assess client’s sustainability strategies, sustainability reports and data collection processes;
  6. Evaluate the environmental and social value of client’s investments in sustainability projects through completing social return on investments;
  7. Assess client’s work health, safety and environmental risks and compliance through conducting site audits;
  8. Gain an understanding of the political, regulatory, market and community drivers related to sustainability and identify how they might impact a client.

Required Experience

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Sustainability, or any program.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in sustainability, risk management, finance or other related functions

  • Fluent in the English language and has excellent research skills
