Job Description

The Senior Sales and Origination in Energy Derivatives position based in Singapore is crucial for driving business growth in the APAC region. Responsibilities include:

• Developing a new client portfolio by identifying and targeting potential clients for GRM’s energy hedging solutions.
• Bringing an existing client portfolio to GRM, if applicable.
• Networking and meeting stakeholders, including regional travel.
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
• Managing the client onboarding process with specialized teams.

Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and assisting in business development for future proposals and strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of sales experience with a focus on the energy markets.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record of client portfolio management within the APAC region’s energy derivatives sales.
• In-depth market and product knowledge, including technical aspects and regulatory understanding.
• Self-driven with the ability to achieve team goals.
