In this role, you will work with clients to refine their business models and implement innovative solutions based on the “Heart of the Business” strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and innovative work approaches.
• Participating in team problem-solving efforts and contributing solutions for client issues.
• Conducting research, data analysis, and creating reports.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completion of work products.
• Assessing restructuring of operating models, organizational structures, and business processes.
• Assisting in proposal development as needed.
• Expanding consulting skills through training, mentoring, and client interactions.

• A tertiary qualification in chemicals or petroleum engineering or are currently enrolled in an MBA program.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting within the Energy industry.
• Experience in leading strategy and operational transformations in areas such as:
• Growth and Value Creation Strategies.
• Enterprise Performance Improvement.
• Digital Operations Transformation.
• Asset Management Excellence.
• A business development track record in Southeast Asia.
• Experience managing project budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clarity in writing.
• The ability to build consensus and navigate ambiguity.
• A commitment to professional growth and excellence.
• A results-oriented mindset and client-focused approach.
• The ability to travel for project assignments.
• Willingness to work outside of the office.
