Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with engineering teams to customize energy storage solutions based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our energy storage solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support project implementation by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful deployment and integration of energy storage systems.
- Front deal structuring, quotations, and all other proposal development activities.
- Work with the Marketing department to develop new strategies in business proposals and added services for business growth.
- Responsible for full-fledged activities inclusive of Sales & Marketing and Customer Service Support.
- Act as the bridge between clients and the internal project development team to understand commercial and technical needs per customer requirements.
- Provide technical support for the review/preparation of proposals, including customer meetings during project development stages.
- Lead on project budget control with detailed BQ understanding and possible cost improvement with value engineering for C&I projects.
- Participate in project tendering task force team to lead on the commercial part for tender submission.
Qualification/Requirement
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Engineering, preferably in the Electrical or Construction industry.
- Preferably > 3 years of on-the-job experience in managing Solar PV or Energy Storage projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Skillset in ERP Systems, Power Bi, Power Automate, and other Project Management tools will be an added advantage.
- Passionate, open-minded, team player, with good judgment and able to work in a fast-paced environment; adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities; proven ability to prioritize and independently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively within tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel overseas for projects across the Asia Pacific.
