Job Description

The (Sr) Engineer, EHS & Sustainability will implement the Global EHS Strategies in the Colgate – Palmolive Vietnam – My Phuoc Plant, ensuring compliance with local laws and corporate standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing the site EHS strategy and coordinating the EHS program.
• Leading incident investigation and reporting for environmental issues.
• Owning the plant’s Sustainability program.
• Ensuring compliance with EHS training requirements and managing the EHS eLearning system.
• Leading the Clinic function to provide medical support to employees.
• Managing Quality/FP&R/EHS standards according to the R&R matrix.

The Individual

Candidates should possess a BSc. or MSc. in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Management. They should have 3-5 years of relevant EHS experience, with English proficiency preferred. Proficiency in digital tools and Google Suites is also required.
