Job Description

The primary focus of this role is on client account development, sales, and the delivery of ERM’s full range of consulting services, particularly in the Sustainability & Climate Change sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the growth of ERM’s Sustainability & Climate Change business through diverse service offerings such as Environmental & Social Governance Frameworks, Sustainability Reporting, and Carbon impact management.
  • Developing and executing commercial strategies to attract new clients, aiming for significant revenue growth.
  • Engaging in business value selling at senior client levels, enhancing ERM’s profile and identifying client needs.
  • Forming and nurturing client relationships by providing strategic consulting and quality service.
  • Monitoring industry trends to prioritize sales initiatives on high-potential opportunities.
  • Leading proposal development and technical capture efforts, including pricing and presentations.
  • Building a high-performance team, mentoring consultants, and fostering talent development.
  • Collaborating globally to enhance ERM’s service area and driving innovation to meet client needs.
  • Ensuring project management success in financial targets, budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Post-graduate degree in environmental engineering, economics, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in consulting.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of business risks and opportunities.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy, decarbonization strategies, and Low Carbon Economy Transition is advantageous.
  • Established technical expertise and reputation in the local market.
