Job Description

The Performance Manager in the Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability team will contribute to evolving responsible sourcing practices to promote positive impacts on people and the planet. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mitigating supply chain risks through collaboration.
  • Supporting industry collaboration and external engagement.
  • Monitoring regional responsible sourcing risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Understanding performance priorities for remediation and capacity building.
  • Evaluating factory capability management systems and objectives.
  • Influencing stakeholders to integrate workplace cooperation skills.
  • Facilitating conversations for learning and development.
  • Measuring impact using both objective and subjective measures.
  • Implementing technology to enhance worker voice initiatives.
  • Developing process and performance improvement programs.
  • Building relationships with regional stakeholders.
  • Monitoring progress against program objectives.
  • Facilitating meetings for program advancement and issue resolution.
  • Managing additional activities as needed.

This role involves building internal and external relationships to drive sustainable business growth and positive global impacts.

About You

  • 4-year degree or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Expert knowledge of global labor, health & safety, and environmental regulations.
  • In-depth understanding of international supply chain practices.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Strategic and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Adequate project management capabilities.
  • Leadership and change management expertise.
  • Appreciation for diverse working environments.
  • Capability to work globally and travel as needed.

Desired Requirements

  • Knowledge of local labor laws.
  • Ability to speak additional languages (e.g., Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
