Job Description

The Tesla Energy team seeks a Demand Generation Intern/Specialist, Energy Products, APAC to support the growth of residential energy products in Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand. This role involves collaborating with the Demand Generation Lead (APAC) and the Demand Generation Manager (Japan) on lead generation campaigns, event management (external and in-store), direct marketing campaigns, and supporting the Certified Installer Network through marketing content. The position reports to the Demand Generation Manager and can be based in either Taipei or Bangkok.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Demand Generation Manager – Japan in executing targeted marketing plans across digital channels, including email and social media.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of regional lead generation events and in-store customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to create impactful social media content.
• Coordinate marketing activities across Energy and Motors teams.
• Help implement comprehensive email strategies to engage customers and generate leads.
• Act as a brand ambassador ensuring compliance with Tesla’s brand guidelines.
• Work with the Global Design and Content team for consistent customer messaging.
• Support executive, corporate, and local events.
• Evaluate campaign success and optimize based on data insights.
• Deliver detailed Post Implementation Reports on campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with global brand strategy.
• Localize and translate content for Thai and Taiwan markets.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or significant marketing experience.
• Energy sector experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data.
• Proficient in MS Office.

• Ability to work remotely within the APAC team.
• Willingness to travel (~20%), primarily in Taiwan, Thailand, and Japan.
• Fluency in Chinese, Thai, and English.
