Job Description

  • Development of corporate sustainability programs such as sustainability strategy, human rights due diligence, sustainable supply chain management, and circular economy programs.
  • Climate strategy project development and implementation, including low carbon economy transitions, GHG emissions reduction, climate and net zero strategies, and carbon credit projects.
  • Technical assistance on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/sustainability reporting using GRI Standards and industry-specific tools.
  • Assistance in responding to sustainability indices such as S&P Corporate Sustainability Assessment, SET ESG Rating, and CDP.
  • Assessment of business programs for social needs by evaluating broader societal impacts with tools like Social/Environmental Return on Investment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change consultancy services to key client accounts across sectors, maintain client relations, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to expanding CSCC services, identify new opportunities, prepare technical proposals, and enhance client relationships for repeat business.
  • Conduct training and facilitate workshops for both internal and external clients in CSCC services.
  • Support the growth of ERM’s global CSCC services by collaborating with practitioners from different offices.
  • Manage internal responsibilities including planning, budgeting, mentoring junior team members, and interfacing with other practice areas within ERM.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in corporate sustainability and climate change.
