Key Responsibilities
- Support the establishment of ESG targets/ KPIs and roadmap in consultation with stakeholders and management
- Monitor and manage ESG targets and provide regular data-driven analysis and action recommendations
- Collaborate with campus building/ operation managers to ensure energy, resource use and decarbonisation KPIs are on track and targets will be met
- Coordinate and collaborate with relevant divisions and stakeholders to ensure ESG targets are on track
- Support sustainability-related policy setting and implementation work
- Support sustainability reporting related work
- Provide sustainability advisory and secretariat support to workgroups and Management meetings
- Drive/ support the execution of sustainability-related projects and events
- Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities required by Management in the course of the work
Job Requirements
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant experience managing projects involving building energy reduction/ green buildings/ ESG roadmapping and implementation
- Experience with working within a matrix organisation, and working with internal stakeholders to influence change
- Familiarity with carbon accounting, BCA Green Mark requirements, as well as global ESG frameworks such as GRI, IFRS S1/S2, etc. would be an advantage
