Job Description
As a Project Manager at Beiersdorf, you will lead and undertake specific project assignments in “Process, Sustainability, and Infrastructure” to ensure successful project delivery in terms of quality, safety, cost, and time. You will develop work plans and strategies, establish coordination with relevant functions, regularly update project status, and provide meeting minutes. You will also perform project risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and manage the design review process. Additionally, you will provide support during the project conceptual and feasibility phase, complete project documentation, transfer knowledge, and complete/update documentation.
You will ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental procedures and standards to promote quality and a safe workplace. You will also complete the project change control process and provide risk assessment documents, as well as process validation documents.
You will manage and maintain positive and effective working relationships within the project team and relevant functions.

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Food Processing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or higher
- Min. 4-7 years of experience in a manufacturing-related environment (FMCG Environment would be an advantage)
- Project Management Skill
- Change Management Skill
- Stakeholder Management Skill
- Good understanding of Manufacturing related requirements in terms of risk assessment, hygienic design, and process qualification/validation
- Good command of English communication and presentation
- Good knowledge of safety, GMP, HACCP, and HAZOP
- Experience with MS Office and AutoCAD
