Job Description

A career in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) at PwC will involve managing projects that enhance non-financial performance for clients, focusing on creating societally beneficial outcomes. As a Manager in Sustainability Managed Services, you will lead projects related to community investment, the environment, and diversity, from requirements gathering to completion and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

• Project Management: Oversee a range of projects, maintain documentation, and provide regular progress reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and commitment.
• Reporting and Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of programs and provide insights on outcomes.
• Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify and manage risks and changes proactively.
• Continuous Improvement: Inspire project enhancements and share feedback to support team development.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, possess excellent client-facing skills, and show a passion for sustainability and ESG initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, or Corporate Responsibility, including stakeholder and project management.
• Working knowledge of international sustainability standards (e.g., GRI, UNGC, SDGs, etc.).
• A background in developing and implementing sustainability programs across various industries.
• Experience collaborating with nonprofit organizations in ESG areas.
• High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, along with strong spreadsheet skills.
• Project management certification (preferred).

The candidate should show analytical skills with a focus on quality client service and demonstrate flexibility and eagerness to learn about sustainability-related issues.
