Your Mission

The Lead-Global Sustainability will lead the formulation and application of sustainability strategies that promote environmental responsibility and ethical governance, while also ensuring sustainability targets are met across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sustainability strategy aligned with company values.
  • Create corporate sustainability procedures ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into operations.
  • Lead initiatives to minimize environmental impacts and enhance resource efficiency.
  • Promote best practices in sustainability throughout the organization.
  • Engage with partners to drive sustainability initiatives and community involvement.
  • Stay updated on sustainability trends and regulations.
  • Educate and inspire employees on sustainability initiatives and goals.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sustainability efforts with demonstrable results, familiarity with sustainability frameworks, and knowledge of emissions management and Net Zero programs. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years in multinational sustainability leadership roles is required. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and project management skills, alongside a visionary mindset to drive organizational change.

The position is remote and can be based in India, Thailand, Slovakia, Poland, or the Czech Republic, reporting to the Global Head of Sustainability and QEHS.
