Job Description
Join a diverse and inclusive team at Marina Bay Sands, where you can gain hands-on experience addressing waste-related issues in alignment with the government’s Resource Sustainability Act (RSA) and contribute to the resort’s leadership in sustainable business practices. You will support the planning and execution of RSA projects, waste management initiatives, and awareness programs targeting both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will analyze waste trends and staff behavior to identify improvement opportunities, as well as assist in researching and implementing leading sustainability innovations.
Job Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience tackling waste-related issues aligned with the RSA.
- Support the planning and execution of RSA and waste management projects.
- Assist in planning and executing waste awareness programs for stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of waste trends and staff behavior studies to identify improvements.
- Support research and implementation of sustainability innovations and solutions.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Must have an academic background in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or Project and Facilities Management.
Experience
- No prior experience required, as training will be provided.
Other Prerequisites
- Passion and drive for sustainability.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate the business value of sustainability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in diverse teams.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
