Job Description
- Support end-to-end process of on & offboarding, coordinating with relevant parties and collecting signed documents for a complete personnel file.
- Assist all lifecycle events such as contract renewal, internal transfers, probation review, and promotion, ensuring processes are complete and data is updated.
- Support Compensation & Benefits administration, HR master information, payroll data input, and insurance updates.
- Manage employee HR queries and related matters.
- Prepare HR headcount reports and conduct data analysis for various reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in HR operations and processes.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and data integrity.
- Provide high-level customer service and problem-solving skills for HR Services’ customers and partners.
- Assist in talent acquisition, talent mapping, and employer branding/EVP initiatives.
- Provide support for various HR activities, events, and matters as assigned.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of professional experience in the Human Resources function, including HR operations, payroll and benefits, recruiting, and employee relations.
- Experience in a matrix work environment preferred.
