About The Opportunity

Join EY Indonesia’s CCaSS to work in a multidisciplinary team that helps clients manage their environmental and social impacts and tackle climate change issues. The role supports continuous professional development via diverse experiences, world-class learning, and tailored coaching, fostering the development of outstanding leaders. CCaSS is part of the Assurance group, engaging in both advisory and assurance roles to promote sustainability while ensuring the integrity of related information.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying, measuring, and managing sustainability impacts, risks, and opportunities as they transition toward climate ambitions.
• Contribute to the growth of the CCaSS practice, taking responsibility for engagement support and delivery.
• Conduct customized research in ESG transformation, decarbonization, and sustainability reporting.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance in delivering CCaSS projects, focusing on complex assurance and advisory issues.
• Communicate trends and key performance drivers relevant to clients, demonstrating industry knowledge.
• Support client relationships, business development, and account management through the creation of collateral and training.

To qualify for the role you must have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as environmental studies, sustainable development, or accounting with a focus on sustainability.
• Internship experience in sustainability or related sectors.
• Strong academic performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative team-oriented approach.
• A willingness to work on diverse projects across sectors.
• Self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
• Readiness to travel as needed.

Ideally, you also have:

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Interest and knowledge in sustainability topics.
• Project management skills.
