We are looking for experienced Resident Engineer with experience with Renewable Energy Projects and in particular in Solar Farms.

The successful applicants for this role will be adept at the following:

• Managing and supporting the site resident engineer team consisting of engineers, inspectors and support staff.
• Administrating construction contract forms similar to FIDIC and undertaking the role of Engineer as implied in FIDIC Contracts.
• Managing renewable energy projects within the Philippines.
• Ensure proper interpretation of the contract and provide technical information to the workers and other professionals assigned in the project.
  
  

Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

• Professional Engineer.
• At least 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as Construction Management. Experience in solar farms projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the requirements of the Philippine authorities for construction works and permits is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative skills, independence, resourcefulness, resilience, initiative, and positive attitude towards work and colleagues

This position is also open to expatriates with experience in the Philippines, under an international local hire arrangement.
