Job Description

AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah is seeking an Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Advisor to enhance their ESG & HSE Compliance Team. The role involves contributing to sustainability initiatives and compliance efforts within the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Advance sustainable and responsible business practices and contribute to ESG programs in Kulim, Malaysia.
• Collaborate with Corporate Sustainability Networks and relevant departments on ESG-related activities.
• Improve energy performance and reduce carbon footprint across operations.
• Manage recycling, waste management, and copper recovery initiatives.
• Support training, awareness, and communication initiatives regarding sustainability topics within the organization.
• Oversee ESG compliance, risk management, and control efforts.

Your Profile

• More than 5 years of industrial experience.
• University degree with a strong science and technical background.
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills and experience in root cause analysis.
• Ability to build connections across functions in a matrixed organization.
• Thorough knowledge of project/program management techniques.
• Experience in assessing social, environmental, and governance impacts and risks.
• Ability to understand and interpret legal regulations and program requirements.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with excellent intercultural awareness.
• Must be resilient under pressure with strong oral and written English skills.
