What will you do?


The core purpose of the Senior IT Project Manager role is to manage the end-to-end delivery of internal global technology projects within Aurecon. The role is responsible for mitigating delivery risk to the organization through ensuring that the solutions we implement meet expected business outcomes, are fit for purpose, future proofed and are ready to be supported.


Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.


  • Technical Consulting professionals partner with clients to bring new ideas and knowledge to their business that deliver competitive advantage.
  • They bring deep expertise across a range of professional and scientific disciplines including environmental science, ecology, geology, hydrology, transport and urban planning, architecture and design.
  • They provide services and solutions across the program and project life cycle phases; from planning and shaping, to designing and building, through to operating and closing and transitioning.
  • They maintain and leverage relationships with prospective and existing clients to bring the best of Aurecon’s deep technical capability and expertise to clients.
  • Can extend and provide relevant insights to analysis and modelling outputs.
  • Developing skills in their area of professional or scientific discipline.
  • Developing broad skills in research and analysis, modelling and project management fundamentals.
  • Developing skills in their area of professional or scientific discipline. Participates in team discussions; demonstrates effective listening skills and expresses thoughts clearly. Creates well organised, accurate and concise documents.
  • Conducts interviews based on clear guidelines.
  • Prioritises and systematically organises assigned tasks and understands how they relate to the larger client project.
  • Allocates own time efficiently and proactively communicates status of work .
  • Has conceptual understanding of Aurecon’s Blueprint, Capabilities and offerings.
  • Contributes to winning work activities.
  • Records all time and complies with time reporting procedures.
  • Developing understanding of project financial performance and the Aurecon Business Landscape.
  • Complies with time reporting, billing and other financial policies; applies Aurecon Methodology and Delegation of Authority.
  • Adheres to Aurecon’s Quality, Environment and Sustainability guidelines to ensure accountable project delivery and mitigate risk.
  • Seeks and shares knowledge, insights and experience across the business to spark innovation, improve operational effectiveness and/or enhance client experiences.
  • Relevant certificate/ diploma or degree


What can you bring to the team?


Firstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request. Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. And as part of a new team, you will have the opportunity to shape this role and have input into how we evolve it over time to WOW our employees and make an even bigger impact on the world. You will also need the following:


  • Assist in the generation of the framework and matrix of responsibilities for environmental-related activities as required by the EIS, ECC, LGU’S BCDA, and CDC.
  • Report on the Environment-related Compliance/Non-compliance of all construction activities and the corresponding mitigating measures to the LGU, CDC, BCDA, and DENR
  • Assist in the application and processing of the required permits by the DENR EMB, LGU BCDA, and CDC in coordination with the Client and PM Team
  • Assist in the review, approval, and sign off on all contractor environmental submissions
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting of all activities in relation to the Environmental Management Plan
