Environmental Engineer, Environmental Sustainability Design

Ramboll seeks an Environmental Engineer (Civil & Structure) to join its Buildings department in Malaysia. The successful candidate will spearhead Environmental Sustainability Design initiatives and projects, collaborating within a diverse engineering team. This role involves a wide range of projects throughout Asia and contributes to creating a sustainable future.

Key tasks and Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
• Research industry trends and analyze the sustainability design consultancy market to uncover growth areas.
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth goals for the company.
• Develop and execute market entry strategies to expand sustainability design consultancy and ESG reporting in Asia-Pacific.
• Lead Green certification projects, engage with stakeholders, and obtain final certifications.
• Prepare necessary documentation and applications for green certification.
• Conduct assessments and audits to evaluate environmental performance in existing buildings, advising on improvement areas and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate sustainable design principles into building projects.
