  • ESG Operations CoE Managed Response Manager
    • Facilitate development, approval, and supporting processes related to ESG global and local reporting.
    • Identify performance gaps for resolution.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally on GMC-level approvals of critical framework assessments.
    • Engage senior leaders across corporate functions.
  • ESG Operations CoE Strategic Programs Manager
    • Identify, prioritize, develop, socialize, and launch technology and process projects.
    • Develop requirements, MVP, pilot, and enhance solutions from ecosystem partners.
    • Build durable AI solutions.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally on ESG governance-level approvals.
    • Engage senior leaders across corporate functions.
  • ESG Ops Change Management Manager
    • Develop and drive global change management strategies and plans.
    • Drive awareness and adoption of the ESG Ops CoE.
    • Measure the impact of the ESG Ops CoE on account teams.
    • Engage senior leaders across the business and corporate functions.
  • Environment Operations Delivery Lead – Environment Sustainability
    • Communicate changes and promote new ways of working centered around environmental sustainability initiatives.
    • Translate global commitments into local commitments and initiatives.

    • Qualifications

    • ESG Operations CoE Managed Response Manager:
      • Knowledge of ESG ratings and rankings, frameworks, and Accenture’s ESG-related disclosures.
      • Team management experience and relationship-building skills.
      • Professional Skills: Strategic thinking, relationship management, effective communications, problem-solving.
      • Technical Skills: Change management, program and project management.
    • ESG Ops Change Management Manager:
      • Change management and adoption skills.
      • Experience in executive presence and knowledge management systems.
      • Professional Skills: Strategic thinking, relationship management, effective communications, problem-solving.
      • Technical Skills: Change management, program and project management.
    • ESG Operations CoE Strategic Programs Manager:
      • Knowledge of process change and requirements development.
      • Problem solver and data gatherer with project management experience.
