Energy Management Consultant

Job Description

The Energy Consultant role focuses on providing expertise in energy performance and efficiency for facility infrastructure. The consultant will conduct solution consultations, develop proposals, manage contracts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build relationships with customers to drive sustainable growth.

You’ll make a difference in:

• Solution Consultations: Expert advice on retrofitting and modernizing infrastructure, emphasizing energy performance and efficiency.
• Proposal Development: Creating detailed proposals including technical solutions, BOQ, costs, financial solutions, and ROI calculations.
• Contract Management: Presenting and managing energy performance-based contracts.
• Collaboration: Working with project managers, engineers, and clients for successful project delivery.
• Customer Connection: Building strong relationships with customers to promote sustainable growth.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Educational Background: Degree or Masters in Engineering or a related field.
• Engineering Expertise: High technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and automation.
• Experience Matters: 8-10 years in energy audits and efficiencies across various sectors.
• Global Perspective: Experience in international, multicultural environments.
• Problem Solving: Managing complex challenges and making project adjustments.
• Data-Driven Approach: Analytical skills to identify value-creation opportunities for customers.
• Communication Excellence: Strong communication skills for effective engagement.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel within ASEAN.
