Responsibilities

• Compliance with Machine technical documentation and of associated instructions (safety, quality, response procedures and backup, …)
• Existence and relevance of technical analysis, maintenance plans, and obsolescence plans
• Improved OEE (Machines Availability)
• Lower maintenance costs (troubleshooting and preventive workload,… )
• Training materials, assistive devices for maintenance, “one point lessonâ€ …
• Responding of fluid system and consulting both in utility and process line to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fluid Mechanics, Hydraulics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Work experience 3 – 5 years
• Knowledge of piping limited specific equipment and inline instrumentation arrangements such as pump suctions and discharges, tanks, control valve stations, etc..
• Good knowledge in Sizing of components e.g pumps, fans, pipework, pressure relief valves, tanks, performing thermal-hydraulic calculation
• Writing of the Instrumentation & Control Functional Requirements, Detailed Functional Diagram DFD), FTP (Functional Test Platform procedure) specifications
• Good teamwork and must be able to work under pressure and night support.
• Native speaker of Thai and Good English communication.
