Job Description
- Support client engagements and account management for services relating to ESG disclosures, Circular Economy, sustainability programs, reporting, and research
- Provide advisory consultation to clients upon request regarding topics relating to corporate responsibility, sustainability, and ESG
- Create guidelines, checklists, policies, procedures, and other related program content, to align with best practice and frameworks, and enable clients to carry out and enhance programs.
- Draft narrative content for sustainability reports, trends reports, and other communications.
- Lead or provide advisory support in professional design and layout of reports and communications.
- Lead or support qualitative landscape/benchmarking studies on corporate sustainability programs, goals, disclosures, performance, and rankings among companies, with corresponding data collection and analysis for client sustainability reporting, industry research, and data management needs.
- Support industrywide collaborative initiatives through project management, technical advisory, and coordinating functions and engagement for meetings, calls, workshops, trainings, presentations, and events.
- Lead delivery engagements through activities such as design thinking workshops, process blueprinting, gap assessments, system design, system implementation, data analytics and dashboards
- Support implementation of ERM Digital Products including understanding and documenting customer requirements, working with product teams to configure / customize the requirements, manage implementation and support
- Deliver high quality outputs to clients within agreed budgets and timelines
- Support in preparing proposals offering an in-depth understanding of client needs and values and proposing effective solutions to ensure ERM has the best chance of success
Requirements
- Bachelors Environmental Sciences/Engineering, Sustainability, Circular Economy, Energy Studies Sustainability
- Experience and understanding of ESG governing principals and reporting requirements including DJSI, SASB, IFC, CDP, GRESB, PRI, GRI etc.
- Understanding of Circular Economy Principles
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 principles is good to have, with exposure to emerging digital trends in Finance, O&G, Chemicals or in Process Industries
- The candidate should ideally have international consulting experience
- Track record in delivery of projects, including emissions management, sustainability reporting, incident management, safety reporting, environmental management etc.
- Experience and enthusiasm in supporting Go-to-Market activities and sales is good to have
- Ability to travel on overseas assignments when necessary.
- Excellent knowledge and comfort with excel based reporting and data analysis
- Excellent skill sets with power point and visuals representation of complex problems
- Comfortable with other Office tools: MS Visio, MS Project, Share-point, Office 360 etc.
