Communications Intern, Sustainability Communications (Jan – Jun/Jul 2025)

Job Description

This six-month internship supports Sustainability Communications within Temasek’s Public Affairs team through research, content development, and communications primarily in written formats, with occasional contributions to digital platforms (e.g., social media, video scripting). It offers a unique opportunity for those interested in sustainability communications in a dynamic environment.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Support research, data collation, and analysis for developing an integrated communications plan.
• Assist in creating messaging and narratives regarding institutional sustainability initiatives for various formats, including presentations and social media content.
• Prepare materials for external engagements, such as briefing documents and presentation decks.
• Provide administrative support to the Sustainability Communications team, including logistics and data tracking.
• Independently manage tasks and ensure timely project completion as assigned by team leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Preferred majors include Communications, Journalism, Sustainability, New Media, Marketing, Business, Economics, and Finance, but applicants from other relevant disciplines are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and essential business communication tools.
