Job Description

The role is responsible for leading and managing sustainability reporting across Great Eastern Holdings (GEH). Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading GEH’s sustainability reporting, including data verification and improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborating with the Sustainability Taskforce and key stakeholders to support GEH’s Sustainability Strategy.
  • Staying updated on sustainability impact measurement and best practices.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and processes for data collection and ESG metrics.
  • Analyzing data to provide insights on GEH’s ESG performance and impact.
  • Engaging with stakeholders for consistent implementation of sustainability frameworks.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for senior management and the Board.
  • Identifying business compliance risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Sharing best practices in risk management.
  • Undertaking additional responsibilities as necessary.

Our Requirements

  • A university degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG reporting, data monitoring, sustainability audits, or ESG risk analysis.
  • Familiarity with ESG disclosure requirements and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong data sourcing, management, and analysis skills.
  • Able to create clear and impactful graphical visualizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in financial institutions is a bonus.
  • Team player with high integrity and accountability.
  • Proactive in improving processes and adaptable to change.
