AECOM Singapore seeks an Associate in Sustainability within the Building Engineering Department’s sustainability team to support projects and provide technical solutions in compliance with Singapore’s regulations.

Job Description

The Associate, Sustainability will report to an Associate Director and will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support for commercial bid submissions and leading projects independently.
• Delivering technical solutions to design and client teams while being familiar with Singapore’s sustainability regulations.
• Knowledge of environmental design and green building rating tools (LEED, Green Mark, WELL, etc.)
• Conducting environmental simulations such as energy modelling and life cycle carbon analysis.
• Managing project resources and facilitating regular team meetings for knowledge sharing.
• Coordinating project documents and ensuring high-quality deliverables on schedule.
• Engaging in professional development to update expertise in sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in building engineering, sustainability, or architecture.
• At least 9 years of experience in sustainability consulting or building engineering.
• Minimum three green building accreditations (Green Mark AP, LEED AP, WELL AP required).
• Experience delivering local and international projects in the built environment.
• Expertise in energy modelling and related software (AutoCAD, Rhino, IES VE, etc.).
