Analyst Sustainability

Job Description

Emerson is seeking an Analyst, Sustainability to ensure accurate reporting of site-level energy consumption and emissions to global executive management. This role supports the Greening of sustainability efforts and is part of the Enterprise Sustainability Team, working closely with Enterprise Environmental Affairs and Sustainability groups to drive growth and long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform QAQC (Quality Analysis and Quality Control) of energy consumption and environmental metrics.
• Analyze data in VelocityEHS and contact sites with missing or unusual values.
• Generate summary charts and graphs of Emerson manufacturing emissions inventory.
• Communicate with site EHS leaders to collect missing data points and confirm discrepancies.
• Track renewable energy usage and consolidate certificates.
• Develop business unit-specific inventories capturing emissions breakdowns.
• Create summary documentation post-emission site energy audits.
• Provide administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the VelocityEHS Environmental Management system.

You are results-driven, able to process data efficiently, generate high-quality reports, and present findings effectively. As a self-starter, you are committed to exceeding expectations and possess strong communication skills to collaborate across levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analytics or related functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Availability for mid-shift work to accommodate US hours.
